Kirillo-Belozersky Monastery (or Kirillovsky Monastery) is a monastery located within the city of Kirillov in the Vologda Region, 600 kilometers east of St. Petersburg. It was one of the largest and richest monasteries in Russia and the center of the spiritual life of the Russian North in the 15th-17th centuries. Travel time by bus from St. Petersburg will be about seven and a half hours.
Currently, the Kirillov Monastery is a museum-reserve under state protection, thanks to which, on the one hand, it is in excellent condition, and on the other, it is completely open for visits and excursions. This allows team building Quest PhotoChallenge and Quest in the Museum.

The monastery has a large, well-groomed territory, interesting architecture, a large number of various thematic museums organized at a high world level. In our opinion, despite the great distance from St. Petersburg, the St. Cyril Monastery is much more interesting than the traditional Pskov, Novgorod and Vyborg, and is perfect for a corporate team building for three days.
If you have the possibility of a longer trip around the outskirts of Kirillov, we recommend visiting Belozersk - one of the three Russian cities in which, according to the annals, Rurik, Sineus and Truvor began their reign, as well as the Ferapontov Monastery - a wonderful monument of Russian history, art and architecture.
