Rocket Launch
Program
A rocket consists of a paper cylindrical body, a head fairing (paper or light plastic), stabilizers, an engine and a brake system — a parachute or brake band. According to the international rules of model rocketry, only light materials can be used to build a rocket. Everything except the engine is made by a team by patterns from paper and cardboard. The design of the rocket is completely own. Engines used - certified solid propellant single-use engines for model rocketry.

The flight altitude of the rocket - depending on the design, is from 50 to 500 meters, a launch site requires 20x20 meters and the absence of houses and buildings at a distance up to 300 meters in the direction of the wind - since during the flight the rocket is blown away by the wind, usually no more than flight altitude. Team building "Rocket Launch" is held under the supervision of experienced instructors in compliance with safety regulations.
It is possible to make a team competition according to international model rocketry rules - for the duration and height of the flight, or according to custom rules, considering the design of the rocket and its presentation. For the launch, a launcher is used - a vertical guide that sets the direction of rocket take-off, and a control panel.
Building and launching a real rocket team building event. A team of 6-8 people for one hour assemble a model of a rocket from paper and cardboard, and then launches it "to the stars."
